1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing, downloading, or streaming any music from JNDJ Music (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase any content.
2. Grant of License Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all digital music files sold on this Site are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to:
Download and store the music for your personal listening pleasure.
Make one copy of the file for archival purposes.
Play the music on your personal devices.
3. Restrictions You DO NOT have the right to:
Resell, redistribute, or give away the music file to third parties.
Upload the music to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) or digital stores.
Use the music in any commercial project (films, TV, commercials, video games, podcasts, or background music for businesses) without a separate Sync License.
Claim ownership of the composition or the master recording.
Create derivative works (remixes, samples, or edits) without written permission.
4. Sync Licensing If you wish to use our music in a video, film, advertisement, or other media, you must purchase a separate Sync License. Please contact us at Jndjmus@proton.me for licensing rates and terms.
5. Intellectual Property All music, artwork, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of JNDJ. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the copyright to the buyer.
6. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link is accessed. If you encounter technical issues with your download, please contact Jndjmus@proton.me within 7 days of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability JNDJ Music is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the music files.
